Nate did an amazing job! He was friendly, professional, and made sure my car came out looking spotless. You can tell he takes pride in his work and pays attention to the little details including getting the bugs off the front of my car and mopping my windshield extra good like I asked. Great customer service from start to finish, and he made the whole experience quick and easy after signing me up for the tsunami package!

My vehicle was damaged at this car wash after an employee allowed too many cars onto the track. The conveyor belt malfunctioned, causing my car to collide with the rear of the truck in front of me, which resulted in front-end damage. Instead of taking responsibility, the business instructed me to file a claim through my own insurance rather than addressing it through theirs. I have attempted to contact the car wash on three separate occasions to speak with a manager, but have been unable to reach anyone. Additionally, I have come across multiple reviews from other customers reporting similar incidents and a lack of accountability from this business. Based on my experience, I would definitely not recommend this car wash.

Been coming here for years. Best auto spa in town! The manager Cody is great! The car is always spotless and the staff are friendly and professional. Can't ask for much more.

If you're looking for a detailing shop that can somehow make your truck worse and then pretend nothing happened, congratulations-you've found it. They "detailed" my friend's truck and managed to rip him off and ruin it at the same time. Truly impressive. The job was so bad you could barely tell it had been touched at all. I've seen rainstorms do more detailing. The inside still looked dusty, the outside still looked dull, and whatever they did do remains a complete mystery. When my friend brought up the damage they caused, customer service went straight into ghost mode. No accountability, no fixing it, no professionalism—just excuses and silence. Apparently their policy is: "Once it leaves the lot, it's not our problem." Calling this a "detail" is generous. This was more like a quick glance at the truck followed by a bill. If attention to detail were money, this place would be broke. Save your cash, save your vehicle, and save your sanity. Take your truck literally anywhere else-even a drive-through car wash would show more care and respect than this place did. Would not recommend unless your goal is disappointment with a side of regret.
